During my internship at the Seattle Symphony, I had the opportunity to be a part of the design process for the Celebrate Asia Poster. This event is a rare opportunity to revel in the rich musical traditions of Seattle's Asian communities. The Festival in 2015 featured Xiogang Ye's Starry Sky for Piano and Orchestra which premiered at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Community choruses also took part by performing popular Asian folk songs including Jasmine Flower and Arirang.
